30-day returns
You can ask to return an eligible purchase within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, unworn, with its tags and original packaging, and retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Start a return
Email hey@atomblu.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything. We will confirm the return destination and explain any return shipping costs or return label arrangements.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Check your delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Where we are responsible for the problem, we will cover reasonable return costs that we approve in advance, or provide another remedy required by law.
Items with return restrictions
Voluntary change-of-mind returns may be unavailable for personalized or made-to-order goods, perishable items, gift cards, hazardous goods, and opened products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Any final-sale restriction must be disclosed before purchase. These restrictions do not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Exchanges
Contact us to arrange an eligible return. If you want a different item, placing a separate order after the return is accepted is usually the simplest way to secure it.
Refund timing
We will let you know the outcome after receiving and inspecting a return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner when the law requires. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If the refund has not appeared 15 business days after approval, email us. Shipping charges are refunded where required by applicable law.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights apply in addition to our voluntary 30-day return offer. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
