1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Atomblu’s online store and purchases from us. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to Atomblu. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy explain related parts of the shopping experience. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over anything inconsistent in these terms.

You must have the legal capacity to place an order and permission to use the payment method you provide. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. Tell us promptly if an order or account detail is incorrect.

Read the description, options, sizing, and care instructions before ordering. Product photos are illustrative, and screen settings can affect how colors appear. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change. If we discover a material mistake affecting an order, we will contact you with the available options rather than silently substitute an item or charge a different price.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order receipt confirms that we received it; acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may decline an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or a material listing error, and will notify you and refund any payment due. Review your order before submitting it and contact us immediately about changes.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The total payable is displayed at checkout. Any shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Import duties or other destination charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Offers apply only for the stated period and conditions and do not change completed purchases unless stated.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Delivery and processing estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, the 30-day voluntary return offer, and refund timing are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Contact us promptly about cancellation requests; we cannot guarantee that a parcel already being processed or dispatched can be stopped. Your mandatory cancellation and other consumer rights remain available.

7. Safe and lawful use

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the supplied instructions, age guidance, and warnings. Do not use the website to commit fraud, infringe rights, send abusive or unlawful material, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, or misuse another person’s information.

Shopify supplies the commerce platform that powers this store. Your purchase contract is with Atomblu, not Shopify. Payment, tracking, and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. External links are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for a sale from Atomblu.

11. Availability, warranties, and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary errors or interruptions can occur. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted website access or responsibility for indirect business losses arising from its use. No exclusion or limitation applies where it would be unlawful, including where consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or other non-excludable protections apply. Our published return promises and statutory obligations remain in effect.

Please contact us first so we can investigate a concern. Applicable law determines governing law, jurisdiction, and any mandatory dispute-resolution rights. These terms do not require you to give up protections or access to courts available under the consumer law that applies to you.
