Order processing

Our standard processing estimate is 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When your parcel is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation and any available tracking information.

Estimated US transit times

Standard delivery to eligible United States addresses is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate is in addition to the 2–3 business-day processing estimate.

Transit times are estimates. Customs checks, carrier disruption, public holidays, and remote destinations can affect delivery. Any different item-specific or checkout estimate will be shown before purchase. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund.

Destinations and shipping charges

Atomblu currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard shipping costs $8 USD, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 USD or more after discounts, before tax. The available shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. We currently offer standard delivery only.

Tracking your parcel

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or visit Track Your Order. Carrier scans may take time to appear. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your number, email hey@atomblu.com with your order number.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Processing can begin quickly, so changes may no longer be possible after acceptance or dispatch. If an order cannot be stopped, our Refund & Returns Policy explains the next steps. This does not restrict any legal right to cancel.

Missing or incorrectly delivered parcels

Please check your address before placing an order. If a parcel is missing, marked delivered but not received, or sent to an incorrect address, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If we caused the address error, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or another appropriate remedy. Other cases are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Customs and import charges

If an order is fulfilled from outside the United States, it may attract duties, taxes, or customs handling charges. Unless we expressly confirm that they are included at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient under the destination’s rules.
